Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Pleasanthill Products! We handcraft our soaps and personal care products in small batches, and we take care to get your order to you safely and promptly.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — available at checkout
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the contiguous US.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pleasanthillpro@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally, but we hope to expand in the future!
